  • Payment details: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive only limited information, such as the payment status, the name on the payment and the country. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including screenshots or recordings you send for a support request or a faulty code claim.
  • Top-up details: for top-up products, the Player ID, account email or other account details you give us so we can add the top-up to your account. We use these only to complete that top-up.
  • Verification proof: extra proof to confirm your identity, only if we ask for it during an order check.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use your information

  • authorities or professional advisers, where required by law, to prevent fraud or to protect our rights.

  • Top-up account details: only as long as needed to complete the top-up and handle any follow-up.
  • Messages and support requests: as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How we protect your information

We use secure, encrypted connections, limit access to your information to those who need it, and never store full card details. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform affected customers if a serious security issue occurs.
