Getting your code from Bu Shahn is quick and simple. Here is how it works.
1. Choose your product
Browse by category or use the search to find your game code, gift card, top-up, subscription or software key. Before you add it to your cart, check the region, platform and amount in the product title, and make sure they match your account.

2. Sign in and pay
Sign in to your Bu Shahn account, or create one in a few seconds. At checkout:
- enter the email address and WhatsApp number where you want to receive your code;
- pay securely through our payment provider.
3. Receive your code
We send your code to your email and WhatsApp, and save it in your Bu Shahn account. Account products come the same way, as sign-in details.
To keep every customer safe, some orders get a quick check before delivery. If yours does, we will message you on WhatsApp.
4. Redeem and play
Redeem your code on your account as soon as you receive it, and keep it private. For account products, log in within 24 hours, change the password and email, and turn on two-step verification. If a code does not work, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with your order number and a screenshot of the error.

- Digital only: nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery fee.
- Region matters: a code works only on an account from the same region.
- Account products: secure your new account within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pre-orders: delivered when the game is released.
- Can't find your code? Check your spam or junk folder and your WhatsApp messages. It's also saved in your Bu Shahn account.
